Raffles Plaza is a high-rise apartment building designed by architect Graeme Whitford for KROMA in 1984.
It is one of Darwin's earliest examples of this building typology and has a distinctive concrete construction and tessellated floor plan. The building features spacious balconies, natural ventilation, lofty ceilings, shared breezeways and views of Fannie Bay.
The building has won the 2018 NT Enduring Architecture Award for its innovative design that contrasts with the formulas that drive contemporary apartments.
